Jeremy Evans is a Little Axe High School alumnus (1996), and had varsity letters for football, wrestling, and baseball. He was a two-time state qualifier as a heavy-weight wrestler. He has played both men's slow-pitch and men's fast-pitch. In 2011, Jeremy began coaching girls fast-pitch with his youngest daughter's team. He has a fantastic love for the game; and enjoys teaching and bettering young athletes. In spring 2022, Jeremy joined the Pride Prospects coaching staff where he has been vital in providing the team with additional guidance, especially with hitting and game-play knowledge.

Professionally, Jeremy is the owner and operator of J&C Welding and Fabrication. His eldest daughter Emilee is a current Pride Prospects player and signed 2022 senior with plans to attend Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO.) Jeremy resides with his family in Little Axe area.

head coach: Devon frazier-Smith

Devon Frazier-Smith is a Little Axe High School alumnus (2010), and had varsity letters for fast-pitch, slow-pitch, basketball, and track. She played in one basketball area tournament (2006), three fast-pitch state tournaments (2007, 2008, 2009) and was an OSSAA Fast-pitch All-State Pitcher (2009.)

From 2010-2014, Devon was a scholarship student-athlete at Saint Gregory's University in Shawnee, OK. While at SGU, she had a career record of 65-27. She recorded 488 career strike-outs in 566 innings pitched, and earned run average (ERA) of 2.28. Devon is an awarded 2x NAIA All American (2012, 2014) and Daktronics Scholar-Athlete (2013.) Her teams were NAIA Super Regional Finalists in Irvine, CA (2013); NAIA World Series Quarterfinalists in Gulf Shores, AL (2012); and NAIA World Series Semifinalists in Columbus, OH (2014.)

Devon has coached fast-pitch (and basketball) at Little Axe High School (2014), Kilgore College (2015), Yukon High School (2016), and Noble High School (2017-2018.) In 2017, she began coaching with the Little Axe Pride team coached by her parents and aunt. She is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA); and has National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) certifications in Fundamentals of Coaching and Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, and response training for Heat Stroke, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Concussions.

In 2018, Devon became the Pride Prospects head coach. In this capacity, she has administrative responsibilities over the team (scheduling, finances, uniform sizing/ordering) and designs practice plans and drills for infield defensive situations. In game-play, Devon works with the pitching and catching staff on strategy and signal-calling.

At Oklahoma Christian University, she completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelors of Science degree for Interdisciplinary Studies in the fields of History, Political Science, and Anthropology. Professionally, Devon is the Tribal Historic Preservation Officer for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma. Her husband C.J. is a Pride Prospects assistant coach; and their children Roman and Ruby are unofficial team bat boy and girl.

assistant coach: C.J. smith

CJ Smith is a Little Axe High School alumnus (2011), and had varsity letters for basketball, track, and cross-country. While at LAHS, he was an accomplished distance runner with five different state tournament appearances for both track and cross-country. His personal best recorded times are 4:45.60 for 1600m (1 mile) and 10:14.93 for 3200m (2 mile.) As a basketball player, CJ was a three-year varsity starter with a career game-high of 26 points scored against Bethel. Since 2014, he has coached fast-pitch softball and ran distance with the Pride teams as their "human pace car." Only one Pride player (Serra Stoliby, 2019) has been able to beat CJ in a distance race. As a Pride Prospects' assistant coach, CJ works predominantly with outfielders, catchers, and hitting.

Professionally, CJ is self-employed. He and Devon reside in Shawnee, OK with their son Roman and daughter Ruby.

Kristyn pack

Kristyn Pack is a Norman North High School alumnus (2017) and an original Pride player. Alongside three others, she was the first graduating class for Pride committed to collegiate softball programs. Kristyn attended Murray State College as a power-slapper and middle-infielder/catcher/utility player. She is currently attending the University of Oklahoma to complete her Bachelor's Degree.
